Having been a gymnast, Cross-Fitter, snowboarder, and hiker, Kelly Lim has had first-hand experience with the benefits of massage therapy while rehabbing from sports injuries and accidents. Kelly’s diverse life experience working as an international flight attendant and 911 operator gave her great perspective in shaping her career, directing her into a field where she can make a hands-on personal impact on people’s lives.
As a registered massage therapist, Kelly decided to create a mobile massage practice in addition to serving clients in an active clinic setting, so that she can meet her patients where they are. Kelly came to Be Good to help her shape her brand’s visual identity, having a clear vision in mind for True North Registered Massage Therapy. Kelly was inspired by the concept of wellness as a journey to navigate, having experience with not feeling at home in her own body after injury and navigating the complex process of recovery.

This project focused on creating a brand and website that feels calm, professional, yet also welcoming. Kelly prioritizes building trust with her clients and acts as a guide as well as a caregiver as her patients navigate truly challenging phases in life. Kelly’s brand uses a north star design, serving as reminder that recovery is a journey, but not one that her clients need to walk alone.
Once we established Kelly’s brand, we got to work creating a website that will showcase Kelly’s areas of expertise as a registered massage therapist, and will help her connect with clients in her area. Kelly’s website features service pages that provide education about massage therapy benefits as well as information about how Kelly can help you. The website will also guide users in easily booking appointments, and allow Kelly to share helpful products and articles with her clients. True North Registered Massage Therapy is set to launch in Spring 2026, keep an eye out for the finished results!
