Be Good is a full-service design studio; we provide graphic, web, and print design services. We specialize in branding and website design, and also create ads, signage, stationary, business cards, billboards, clothing, vehicle wraps, packaging, labels, and more!

We also offer technical and strategic services, like website development, Shopify ecommerce and POS implementation, and digital audits.

Our services are offered based on your needs, some of our clients work with us for all of their creative, technical, and strategic projects, and others work with us for specific projects or services only.

Be Good provides a dedicated project manager for every project. Your project manager will help you identify your needs and will provide advice, will work with you to determine the scope, deliverables, budget and timeline for your project, and will manage each project phase while providing regular feedback and updates through project management software like Asana, email, text, and meetings (in-person, phone, or online depending on what works best for you!).

Once you have approved your project proposal, we kick things off with a planning stage that involves creating a timeline, identifying milestones, and discussing your preferences for communication and updates.

The team at Be Good includes designers, developers, marketing specialists, and project managers. You will meet with other members of your project team, in addition to your project manager, as needed throughout your project.

We love to collaborate with other teams! We can work with existing websites and branding, and can even help you finish off stalled projects started elsewhere! While we can certainly offer end-to-end services from consultation to launch, we are also happy to work with you at whatever stage you’re at, offering you the ability to just choose the individual services you need from us.

No two projects are completely alike; we offer free estimates and high-level consultation services before each project and will provide you with a proposal or quote that details our understanding of your needs, the scope of the project, and the deliverables. Your needs are unique, and we believe providing personalized estimates is the best way to make sure we hit the mark rather than having you choose from a pre-existing service package.

Once a project is approved, we will work out an invoicing schedule with you before we start. This usually includes agreed-upon dates for an initial deposit along with progress payments, but we are happy to customize the invoicing schedule as needed for your team.

We will provide invoices via email, and you are able to pay them online using the link on the invoice, via e-transfer, or by cheque.

Giving back is a core value at Be Good and is at the heart of all the work we do. Every project donates at least 2% to one of our favourite charitable organizations. If you have another organization you’d like us to contribute to, we’re always happy to donate to the organization that is closest to your heart.

We also work with several non-profit organizations; in lieu of offering a donation to a separate organization, we provide our non-profit clients with a 25% discount.

If you are not actively working on a project with us but want to show your support, you can also shop our Impact Goods store; 100% of the proceeds from all Impact Goods are donated to one of our preferred organizations (or yours!).
