Spin Mortgage had built something great: a trusted, growing mortgage brokerage serving clients across BC, Alberta, and Ontario. However, their digital foundation wasn't keeping up.
Their WordPress website had become fragile, expensive to maintain, and deeply tangled with overly complicated integrations that added complexity without value. It was time for a fresh start. Spin came to Be Good ready to simplify. Our job was to untangle what wasn't working, carry forward what was, and build something cleaner, faster, and easier to manage without losing the brand recognition they'd worked hard to build.

We started with the brand. Rather than rebuilding from scratch, we refreshed Spin's existing identity, bringing in modern typography and a refined colour palette that felt current and polished while staying true to the brand their clients already knew and trusted.
The new website was designed with Spin's distinct audience groups in mind, making it easy for visitors to quickly find what they came for, whether that's purchasing a home, renewing a mortgage, or refinancing. Their integrated secure application software was woven seamlessly into the experience, so clients can move from browsing to applying without ever feeling like they've left the site. The new website also features helpful tools to help Spin’s potential clients make the most of their experience online, including smart mortgage calculators and a helpful chat feature to ensure that Spin’s clients are informed and supported as they navigate the website and their mortgage journey.
On the technical side, we migrated content from their old WordPress site with care, trimming low-quality pages and redirecting everything properly so their indexed content and SEO equity carried over without a single broken link or lost ranking. And once the site was live, we made sure Spin's team felt fully confident managing it themselves, providing hands-on training so they could update content independently going forward.
